Samsung vodacom
I am writing to advise people not to use vodacom or samsung. They trick people and they don't have a hood service. They said buy a note 20 samsung phone through vodacom and yoi get a 32" samsung tv. I made a contract on the 19th of December and till now I haven't gotten the TV. I submitted all the needed paperwork and emailed them many times but they ignore me and tbey don't reply. They are a ******* and they are cheating people. Vodacom only wants to make money from you and no aftersale service.
