Samsung - VOC Department (Breach of CPA)
Logged a complaint a while ago - Thandi from VOC assured me the complaint was resolved and the item in question would be delivered today (which was as a result of a CPA breach). She did not provide me with any tracking number - needless to say the item was not delivered. Her boss gave me the same assurance. Linda from VOC also was meant to get back to me on numerous occasions and failed to do so.
