Samsung using pathetic courier service Skynet

I claimed my reward after getting a new phone from Samsung I was told my watch and buds will arrive in 5 to 7 working days but it has been two months and I have not received my watch and buds. Samsung uses Skynet as courier which is the worse courier service ever, you cannot reach them and they never deliver. Pathetic for Samsung to associate themselves with such a courier service where everyone is complaining about their poor service delivery but continue to be paid by Samsung
