Samsung - Useless Online Service
Samsung Online - Do not deal with this company. Absolutely useless. They cannot deliver to a third party even if authorization is granted by the purchaser.
I purchased a cellphone to be delivered to my 78 year old aunt in a different province and cannot get direct delivery due to their Archaic & Outdated Policies from Samsung.
After this incident, I will no longer purchase a single Samsung product.
