Samsung Unreliable Smartphones

I am Terribly disappointed in Samsung’s service. I have been a loyal client of Samsung and have spoken many positive reviews about Samsung and there is no deny that they are dominating the smartphone marketing.

I am writing this review to inform other people of Samsung’s smartphone products. I have bought a SAMUNG Galaxy A3 2017 smartphone on the 20th April 2018 and have been on contract with Vodacom ever since, the first few months i had the device, the phone could not startup due to the battery depleted completely. The charger of the device broke on the very same day and was without a phone for nearly a week. Yesterday early morning my phone gave a message stating "downloading...do not turn off target”. I have read many reviews and , this is an indication that the software on the device has randomly crashed, I have no games on the device ever since I got the phone, I have paid applications including an antivirus namely ESET on the device. I have tried on every attempt to fix the phone myself with no luck, this is a big inconvenience for me as i have to wait for an upgrade or pay myself for another device. It is my regret that i will no longer support Samsung as i have not heard about 1 person that does not have problems with their device such as battery, software related matters and hardware problems. to whomever is reading this review, if it is in your budget, DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PHONE, device does not last long like IPHONE or even HUAWEI which is a CHINA brand, avoid Samsung Phones at all costs as it will one day happen with you as well. I have had many other phones such as Sony, Iphone and never had any problems until i bought my first Samsung Device, Please stay away from their smartphones, it is unreliable.
