Samsung unlock the box - giving prizes away they don't have in stock - refer 11 March 2016

<p>As a listener of 94.7 I partook in a competition, amongst the prizes for give away was the Samsung S7 - this was received 14 april and after various methods of communication it is with regret that i can confirm still no Samsung 55" SUHD LED 8 series, today being the 20th May. Samsung did however deliver a previous version of this TV, being the 7 series, and suddenly I am not able to reach them telephonically and they are igrning all mails sent to them. Surely as a sponsor, you should give the prizes as promoted in a competition? Apologies for saying this, but I noticed they are also the sponsors for the winnder of the first ever Voice South Africa - just wondering if for a public show like this they would actually deliver as per their promise? Surely there has to be some compliance and the Competitions Commissions of South Africa should investigate this?</p>
