Samsung / Unitronics / Smartcare - ATROCIOUS SERVICE!!

Been trying for a month and a half to get my phone fixed by Unitronics / Smartcare (affiliated with Samsung). Only a broken screen.They've pushed me to make payment same day they gave me a quote to repair the phone, but I'm still waiting for it to be repaired. Parts not available. The person at Samsung Tyger Valley has been telling me lies to stall. I've been sending e-mails. I went to see them twice, to no avail. I went onto Smartcare's website and saw all the negative reviews. Wonderful... What awful service.
