Samsung Unacceptable Service

I received a Samsung Galaxy S5 on contract from Cell C in early Feb 2015. Within 2 weeks, the vibrate operation on the phone ceased working, after which I had to make the trip from Somerset West to Canal Walk (Samsung SmartCare) for it to be repaired while I wait, which it was after some humble and sincere begging on my part. I require the phone for business and do not have a smart phone spare, hence the urgency and extra trouble to get it repaired on the same day.<br> Fast forward 5 months, my LCD touch PARTIALLY stops working. Please note that this screen is in pristine condition, no cracks or scratches (thanks to a magnetic flip cover), so my suspicion is another factory fault. This time I call ahead to Canal Walk and confirm that in order for me to receive the repair on the same day, I need to come in early (9am), probably wait for the entire day, and must confirm that spares are in stock. I immediately confirm the spares availability, and proceed to put in LEAVE at my place of work to make the trek to Cape Town once again. I arrive at 9h05 today and am told that no spares are available and that I will have to leave the phone there and wait (pray?) for it to be repaired \soon"(!!)"""
