Samsung unable to help with after sales repairs to fridge
I have laid complaints and sent various emails and WhatsApp messages requesting assistance with and help to get a technician to come and check and assist with a Samsung fridge that is not working, the customer treatment is very poor, and the customer support is even worse please be aware of buying any of their products since they not there to assist you in any way
