Samsung TV's are made to last only four years
Samsung TV technician reported that my screen after four years stopped working because of fair wear and tear. It does not help that you insure your TV because the insurance will not pay out. I bought another two Samsung TV's, one two weeks ago and one 14 months ago not knowing that it will not last even 5 years. I just want to warn others because you waste your money!

24 Feb 2020, 09:51Good morning Samsung, to date no one called me and the same with my previous mail directly to Samsung. Samsung rep**** on both occasions that a senior customer services person will contact me and this is two weeks later with no contact again.
