Samsung TV's are BAD NEWS

I have always trusted & only used samsung products for most of my adult life but now I will throw that trash straight in the garage bin.... I bought a BRAND NEW 58" SAMSUNG TV from MAKRO ON the 05/01/2021 thinking that the Samsung brand is of a good quality and thought it would last me atleast 7 years,DAMN was I wrong. From Samsung customer service to the product itself, you have the WORST product on your 58" TU7000 tv's... The TV was working fine until it wasn't,after paying a supposedly Samsung repair centre R870,the guy comes and leaves within 5 minutes and tells me I will get a quote within an hour....After calling and emailing continuously with no response from Samsung, I finally after a few days get a quote of almost R6,0000 to repair the television, can you believe it,R6,000???? @ that too is just under 3 years of having the TV... I've been told that Samsung no longer uses proper quality parts but rather imports cheap quality parts from China at a fraction of the price???? I've lost all hope in Samsung and would not suggest anyone buy that ****... I must pay another R6,000 to repair the TV aglfter just purchasing it under 3 years ago,I think not!!! Samsung look after you after sales customers,don't expect us to pay the price of a new TV just to repair!!!!
