Samsung TV support shocking
Unprofessional and false promises regarding exchange of a faulty TV. Customer service was useless and Samsung will never assisted even after they knew the fault was a factory fault ! Was promises a exchange but ended up having to buy a new tv. Stay away from Samsung as the advertised tv specs are watered down functions and a waste of your time and money.
