*** SAMSUNG TV QUALITY GOES DOWN THE DRAIN - PLASTIC ******* REMOTE CONTROL

Absolute ******* and junk remote control that came with our brand new UHD 4K Smart TV NU7100KXXA Series 7. It is like a little plastic child's toy. The back part rattles and I wish they would have made a solid remote control like our silver one for our other TV. WHAT A LET DOWN TO GET THIS PIECE OF JUNK WITH OUR BRAND NEW TV. THIS IS SHOCKING !!!!!!

SAMSUNG HAS TAUGHT ME A VALUABLE LESSON. ALWAYS JUDGE A TV BY THE REMOTE CONTROL. PITY I DID NOT SEE THE REMOTE CONTROL BEFORE I BOUGHT THE TV. A N D N O W THE TV IS NOT EVEN FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. IT HAS AN AUDIO ISSUE WHERE IT IS NOT HOLDING THE CORRECT AUDIO SETTINGS PROPERLY. WE ARE THE 10TH CUSTOMER TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS ISSUE WITH THIS TV AS WELL !! I AM NOT GOING TO STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS TERRIBLE TV SET FROM SAMSUNG UNTIL I GET SOME JOY. I AM EVEN PREPARED TO PAY EXTRA TO GET A DECENT TV SET THAT FUNCTIONS PROPERLY AND DOES NOT MISLEAD THE PUBLIC AND HAS A SEMI DECENT REMOTE CONTROL TOO.
