Samsung TV promotion **** - Unacceptable poor customer service!
I cannot even give one star on the terribly poor customer service I've received.
In November 2020 I went to Vodacom at the Lakeside Mall to purchase a charger for my phone, whilst in the store a very friendly Samsung sales man approached me and offered a to good to be true promotion (I should have already knew then it WAS to good to be true). Should I upgrade my current Samsung phone I would receive a brand new TV on a promotion - which I did! I upgraded to a Samsung phone (Note 20 Ultra) and the latest matching Samsung watch BECAUSE of the promotion . I didn't NEED to have upgraded and now I sit with a damn expensive phone AND a evenly expensive Samsung watch I could have done without AND on a more expensive Vodacom contract just so I could qualify for your (****) promotion!
I've comp**** to all the conditions needed for the promotion, sending a copy of my ID and TV license (three times now) only to be ignored flat out by Samsung's promotions department. This is totally unacceptable poor customer service and I will not leave it there. I will warn every person on every social media platform until this matter is satisfactorily resolved - as it should have been MONTHS ago! I WANT MY TV!

I've since received BOTH my renewed promotional vouchers AND my TV! THANK YOU!!
I've also used my new promotional vouchers on your online website without any problems - received the right items within a few days of placing my order. Now THIS is the kind of service I'm used to from Samsung, WELCOME BACK and keep up the great work. Happy :)
