Samsung TV Promotion, *****!!!
Bought a Samsung Note 20 as part of the promotion for a TV, after a LOT of back and forth, countless emails and phone calls, filling in documentation and sending relevant papers and 6 months later... NO TV! Even after I was told everything was in order and that it was being escalated for dispatch. Still waiting for a manager to phone as promised. You are TRASH at service delivery! Will be taking this further
