SAMSUNG TV CLAIM 32” with NOTE 20 ultra promo
I purchased 4 note 20 ultras through MTN upgrades. I claimed for the 4 Samsung 32” tv’s promo and submitted 1 tv license as we are 4 adults in 1 house. Samsung accepted 1 claim and deemed it successful. The 3 others were rejected because each person did not have their own individual TV, for the purposes of obtaining the TV’s from Samsung, we purchased individual tv licenses on our name. After resubmitting the the new TV license on our individual names they still rejected our claiming stating that our claim in unsuccessful because of our TV license. This is absolutely absurd. If one TV claim was successful with the TV license on the registered person name, then why wasn’t the claim for the other 3 tv’s not accepted with the new TV license submitted on our individual names?
