Samsung TV barely lasting 2 years

I purchased a Samsung 58 inch QLED tv in August 2021 from Samsung in gateway. The warranty is 2 years which ended at the end of August 2023. Beginning of October 2023, the tv went into a reboot mode and could not start up. I then phoned Samsung call/help center (took my cell number and address down incorrectly). The call center then advised that the TV is most likely out of warranty. I got a tech to come out which I had to pay a call out fee for. The tv was firstly diagnosed incorrectly to be the motherboard. Turns out the mother board isn't the issue and it's the open cell (screen) which costs R8500 to replace. This makes no sense for me to repair it at that cost as a new TV costs just a little more. I am really disappointed as I have so many other Samsung products in my home including another 75inch QLED tv that I purchased last year for my lounge. I also have Samsung fridges, tablets, 4 phones and 3 microwaves. I am now worried about the quality of the products of Samsung and its longevity. I am super disappointed with the tv barely lasting 2 years, and I need to ask myself the question if I should be buying anymore Samsung products!!! Must I now be fearful of the Samsung products I have?
