Samsung TV

I purchased a Samsung curved SUHD TV about 4 years ago. This Tv was not cheap at all. It costed about 50 thousand rand at the time of purchase. However the Tv had a warranty on it. About a year after the purchase the LED on the TV started to give problems. There was black dots appearing everywhere. So we sent it in and they put in a new LED.

A year went by again and there same problem started happening. This is a 60k TV we are talking about here and it gives problems as such. I mean this is ridiculous, and is totally not worth the price if it gives so much problems. We called again and asked about the LED problem and they stated that the warranty was over and we had to pay for the LED ourselves !

I mean not once but twice the LED goes in such an expensive TV. I will never in my life buy a Samsung product again as there is no quality in them !!!
