Samsung trying to look good but caomoes up with same excuse!

So after placing a review on Hello Pieter Samsung phones me like that have a solution to my problem. Went through a lot of trouble to find what they needed just to come back and tell.me the me EXACTLY the same story that rather die but as long as your cellphone' screen is intact we are more than willing to check what's happening with phone. R5300 to repair screen. Who has that money just to pop it out of your pocket....... If I thought I had it bad previously and noting thing it could get any worse.....Wow what an unpleasant suprise. Suddenly WhatsApp creates it owns status. Loose numbers. On the phone with a certain person but displays another name...... Fed up, Lost a don't know what's going to happen next. Maybe phone will explode at least then Samsung don't need to sort issue.
