Samsung trend cell phone

We are currently experiencing so much of problems and issues with this Samsung galaxy trend, our Company KONE SA has purchased roughly 30 cell phones from Samsung, and we are very disappointed in the Quality of the product, we didn't expect Samsung a world-wide famous brand to create such poor quality phones..... <br> <br> 1. Poor sound clarity <br> 2. Bad signal and internet connection <br> 3. Battery life never lasts longer than 1 hours (please note that you need to hand out free power banks when selling this phone)<br> 4. Phone has to constantly be on charge In order to use this phone <br> 5. Screen quality is bad (compare to other phones in its price category)<br> <br> This is honestly the worst phone that we could have ever purchased, our sales and Supervisors guys need to use these phones and no work can be done because it doesn't ever have enough power to last more than one hour <br> <br> Our Company KONE is very disappointed at this product and will never recommend it to any other person again
