Samsung trash service
The ****ty service I’ve received from the Samsung’s complaints team is appalling. They discontinued a tv 2 years after I bought it. The tv has an internal crack that we didn’t even know about. I’m told I won’t find parts because they no longer make them, they refuse to give me any form of recourse. I’m stuck with a broken tv I can’t fix and that’s that They told me to go **** myself by telling me to go escalate to the ombudsman
