Samsung Top Loading Washing Machine WA13F5S2

Purchased Samsung machine approx 1 month from Makro Store after 2 weeks machine kept on switching off on fault UE. After 1 month even small loads Fault UE Check everything level,loading etc as soon as on spin goes into UE I would advise that this machine is really a huge setback for Samsung,do not purchase the top loader. Front loader we had before for 9 years no problem. Wobble Technology etc (*******) Now Samsung sending out Service Tech ....... For what after 1 month of use.Take it back and give us a front loader.

Firstly thank you for Samsung above to respond quickly,but herewith Samsung sub contractor which i wont mention names from Boksburg . Told me drum was not in center of machine this was the cause,as an Electrical contractor myself when i set it up level of water was equal on fins at the bottom of drum. When the above sub contractor asked ,is there any washing to be done to test the machine i explained there was none,i then suggested i have a large towel we can put in,this was the answer :You can not put one towel into the machine it will put it off balance and go into UE mode: Really i said is this a washing machine or what is it used for. I was also told you must equal out your washing,what a load of hogwash. Really this is getting no where Samsung.
