Samsung, this I feel is your Mistake !

I Have just bought the Samsung J7 Duos SM-J720F My first New (Decent) Phone in more than 5 years, As always when I get a phone it gets polished and I get a good cover and a screen protector, only this time I was told by the telkom store that they do not have any accessories for the phone yet as it is to new and gave me a screen protector only. I then went to Cell C, Mtn, and vodacom shops as well as the Indian markets with the same result ! After returning to these stores a few times i got the same reply, on the 7th of august I accidentally bumped my phone against the car door and broke the screen and the screen protector , I was furious as this would not have happened with the cover on !! Called Samsung said the insurance does not cover the screen, understandable but who's fault is it ? If you send your product out to be sold shouldnt all the accessories for that product be distributed with it ? The back cover has small scratches all over it already as well! yes it might be petty to some but I pay allot for my things and take good care of it and this bothers the **** out of me !
