Samsung the worst ever

I upgrated my contract in November 2020 included in my pagace was a Samsung 32' smart tv , thus was the only reason why i took this mobile pagace , one i got the deal , i was told to register with Samsung and with in a few weeks my TV would be dileverd , we are now in Febuary 2021 and im still waiting , i have spoken to many people on their live chat portal , i have send multible emails and even spoke to them via phone , still i have not received any news , any tv or as little as a phone call with feedback , Samsung has the best pre sale service , after sale service is the worst from all brands ,
