Samsung the wedge nonsense

Today I had the worst experience with Samsung . I wanted to take my cellphone to the wedge repair store in Sandton the stuff were not willing to help I waited for an hour with no consultant coming to assist all of them ran to the back room they will come out one by one look at us and go mind you a elder lady who was next to me said she's been waiting for two hours . I decided to go to Samsung Clearwater was told they don't do Samsung care products I need to return to the wedge . Those Clearwater consultants were friendly and they told me I am the 3rd person to come and complain about the wedge today . This is my last Samsung phone . Apple has just gained a customer will visit them tomorrow . I rather buy a new phone then be treat like ****
