Samsung: The sinking ship

Shocking. They took in my mom's tablet for repairs. Then lost it. In addition to losing it, they have taken NO EFFORT WHATSOEVER to find it, get back to her telepathically and suggested NO POSSIBLE SOLUTION EITHER.

They are a black hole where foreign concepts like service, friendliness and helpfulness has long since disappeared - to be replaced with the above mentioned.

So far I know of 3 people who have moved away from Samsung because of this store.

If left unchecked, the will sink the ship.
