SAMSUNG THE *******
10 year Warranty on their products is a ****. Been waiting for a Technician for a whole week. All u hold onto is a Ref number - mind you its a Refrigeration unit meaning everything inside is now rotten.
Samsung no diff from the ANC more promises and NO SERVICE .......

when are you actually gonna get serious lol this is the second REFERENCE and the second week... escalating the matter my foot, you actually care less of your clients and i am submitting all this to the office of the Consumer Protector in the Western Cape.
you are the worst company to deal with, make promises and fail to even deliver - where is the technician ????? 2 weeks later ***** has been done- everything in that fridge and freezer has gone to waste, you are pathetic *******s
