Samsung Terrible service ONCE Again!!
So as previously I had a terrible experience with Samsung regarding a contract I took with Vodacom and there was a TV involved. This TV took me 8 months from the time I got my contract to me having to fight with over 5 different people and placing a complaint against them on Hello Peter to eventually get the TV.
Now just a few months after getting the TV on the 23rd of November my phone, a Samsung Note 20 Ultra that I got on contract with Vodacom crashed. I then was advised that SSS Cellular will assist as they are an authorized Samsung repair center. on the 24th of November I took my device to them and a lady named Precious assisted me and took in the device after explaining this will take 4-7 working days to fix.
Due to the nature of my business I followed up straight after the 7th working day as I required my phone as I utilize applications to do my job. Between herself and another lady named Agreement they explained that Samsung does not have the parts to fix the phone and they had approved a swop on the phone.
I then requested for the email to be sent to me and this email stated a person name Liekeseng from Samsung was handling this process. When I followed up she explained that they don't have a device to swop out or an upgrade to offer. These emails have been going back and forth since the 13th of December 2021.
As my business is heavily reliant on a phone due the nature of applications I utilize I have lost over R30 000 in turnover. I have called numerous times during the course of the day 04.01.2022 and they have just pushed me between people. my fiancé and I sat on the phone with different people every time all making unfulfilled promises. Again dealing with over 5 people, Leikeseng, Lauren, Swasti just to name a few names. The latest response being that they have called Vodacom and there is no answer-Line keeps ringing. Surely someone can get into their car and go and deal with this face to face. Sadly enough Liekeseng has not once picked up the phone to even call me and apologize for hardly responding.
Now to my understanding this is terrible customer service. I have worked in retail and the number one rule is to make sure your consumer/customer is satisfied with their product and back it up by making sure if they are experiencing any problems to make sure they are attended to as quick as possible. I am paying for a device I am not even using and losing business but let me skip one payment they will be sure to put this as front page news.
As such a big company running in South Africa, surely you not having stock is not the consumers problem. So telling me about this is not my problem! I am terribly disgusted with Samsung South Africa and their service. I can definitely tell you I will never recommend your products once again to any person.
When someone does contact me please be assured it a person of senior status as I am done dealing with these people in your business who make us look like we know nothing. I will be posting this on all social media platforms and making sure fellow consumers and customers see how Samsung values their customers.

Sending a generic response again shows your lack of care for your customers.
Its no surprise there is so much customer complaints about your team.
