Samsung terrible service
I sent my Samsung fold 4 phone in for repair due to a black line appearing on the middle of the screen. I get called back stating that my phone has been placed out of warranty due to a scratch or some bend at the bottom of the phone although there is no crack on the screen. I will never be buying a Samsung phone again and i advise everyone to avoid samsung aswell as they can just void warranties as they see fit, it seems.
