Samsung ... terrible quality.. even though its the latest technology

Samsung could not repair my brand new dishwasher. They sent technical out to my premises 4 times, changing all sorts of parts that the guy “thought” was faulty. They guy even had the lamest excuses that unfortunately my R13 000 samsung water Wall dishwasher (latest on the market) cannot wash a tupperware or plastic ware and can only wash glass.. so i put only glass in and i did a wash and showed him it also cannot wash glass. Than he blamed the soap that i was using. Wish was “Finish dishwasher soap”. I changed my soap to sunlight dishwasher soap because he says Samsung machines only works with sunlight soap. Still nothing happened and it refuses to work. Samsung called me numerous times telling me they will give me a new machine. Now when i call them, they say they cannot put me through to the technical side because they do not have telephones to answer my call. My reference number ***
