Samsung Television / Model Number UA70AU7000KXXA DO NOT BUY THIS TV!!! We bought the Samsung 70 inch TV and it broke after 3 weeks, Samsung is building a frameless BIG screen tv, and when the tv cracks, they blame the customer. They are now asking me to repair it after no negligence was shown from my side. If you have a better quality frame we would not be sitting in this situation. Quality of materials not very good from Samsung. Especially FRAME. The screen is so expensive they refusing to repair. This is not a laptop of a phone, which gets moved around, a TV is a stand still appliance, so there should be a guarantee on screen. As far as Liptronics is concerned, also shocking service. Once they collected the TV, It took them 3 weeks to tell us there is a cracked screen and another 3 weeks for Samsung o give a report and final feedback from the service department. We bought this TV for the world cup, what a disaster! Will never ever buy a SAMSANG product again. Paid R 11 500 for NOTHING!!!!
