Samsung tablet not delivered
In February I bought an S23+ phone, with an expectation that will receive a free tablet as per the promotion. I had many interactions via emails and calls with the team, however all we received was lies or rather empty promises that my query will be looked at and will receive a notification confirming the success of my query, and after that my calls were avoided. Thus far nothing has happened. Am really disappointed, and I hope no one will fall for these lies ever again.
