Samsung support sucks

What u bunch of useless people - I phoned 0 ********** twice to get number for someone that sells spares of Samsung vacuum cleaner, and on both occasions I have been supp**** with incorrect numbers of businesses that DO NOT SELL SPARES ! - all 4 numbers given to me does NOT SELL SPARES. There is no service complaint process within Samsung, there is no Customer service centre - I bought Samsung, now I cannot get if fixed - I assume they hope I will just buy a new one, ... nope I will NOT buy Samsung again, because there is no reliable support.
