Samsung Support Pathetic
Can't get any support from Samsung Support. Each time I call the support centre to log an issue with my brand new Washing machine they say I will get a support ticket and will send someone out I have called three times over the last three weeks but no support call reference and no one has come over. Honestly pathetic service I wish I could give a lower rating then one. How much longer do I need to wait!!!!
