Samsung Support Are Great, Friendly, Quick & Efficient

I'm a bit disappointed that I've had to call out Samsung twice to sort out different issues with my semi new - 18 months old - fridge freezer but Ive had nothing but great service from their support team. It was only a matter of couple days from me raising the issue to it being resolved From the call center guy who phoned me to talk me through a few things that needed checking to the two engineers? who came out to fix the latest problem - your guys are great Thanks
