Samsung supply products that cannot be repaired ????
I bought a Samsung 70 cm TV on 2/10/2019. In April 2024 the screen of this TV went faulty. The company that does repair for Samsung told me there is no spare TV screens available. How can a company be aloud to sell a product with out spares?? . The Samsung TV's does only have a 2 year warrantee and Samsung expect me to pay R 6500.00 to replace this TV. I do have a guesthouse and have 34 rooms. For the past 15 years I had not screens replace on any off the TV's. I am a contactor for Multichoice, MNet, Supersport and SABC. and I have not had any screen problems on of any of the TV that I supp****. Surely this Samsung TV Screen was from a bad batch and now Samsung expect me to pay for a factory fault. Therefore I request these companies that I work for to stop immediately to buy and Samsung Products. I will also takes this matter up with the consumer council of South Africa Africa
