Samsung sucks!
I wished to buy a Galaxy Fit2 fitness tracker from Samsung (Sandton City) branch. I dealt with Ashley and Denver (manager). I request to see the product before I purchase it. They refused. If the pre-sales service is so bad I don’t want to experience their after-sales service. I just walked out and left. I hope during these challenging Covid times that Samsung can afford to have such an anti-consumer attitude! I will never support Samsung again!

28 Jan 2021, 14:38Samsung South Africa contacted me today to apologise and said they will investigate the matter further. Their apology went a long way but I'm not sure whether I will support them again in future.
