Samsung SUCKS
Do not buy any Samsung Inverter Air Conditioners as the back up service is none existent. We have four of these units in our home and two have been problematic with one being only two and half years old and Samsung can not help on getting this unit repaired. We are now on our third outside air conditioning company trying to resolve the problem of this unit. SAMSUNG SUCKS

15 Feb 2021, 19:16Samsung phoned me on Saturday to say they will help resolve the situation on Monday, it's now 19.15 on Monday night and no resolution - Samsung so sad - when you leaving this country.
