SAMSUNG SUCKS BIG TIME
<p>Trying to keep this as short as possible - we bought top-of-the-range SAMSUNG appliances for our entire kitchen. The Dishwasher had to be replaced by SAMSUNG due to an irreparable fault. The Fridge doors rusted and by the time SAMSUNG reacted and replaced them, they did not colour match. They then replaced the entire fridge with a new model as the original model we bought was no longer in production. The new fridge's ice maker has never worked, leaks and caused rust again. Doors & ice maker replaced by SAMSUNG - problem not ever solved and rust everywhere. Our washing machine has rust appearing in places - we do not expect SAMSUNG to do anything about this as they appear incapable of fixing their products. SAMSUNG SUCKS BIG TIME!</p>

BUT Please do not bother to respond to me - WHY? Because SAMSUNG have let us down so many times before that we expect ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FROM SAMSUNG!!!!
It is clear to us that your comoany has no feelings of responsibility towards clients after they have paid hard earned money to buy your stupid procucts - products that look great but do not last - and from a company that offer very little after sales servuec at all!!
