Samsung substandard screen replacement

I had my screen replaced under warranty on my fold 3. 6 month later the crease reappeared. Samsung umhlanga service centre cannot assist as the screens are supp**** to them. Samsung customer service says that I should have been told how long the replacement will last. The cost of replacement for second time at my cost! I have questioned the quality of the product with no response. No senior person has provided any feedback. This is outrageous. Samsung products are sub standard!
