Samsung Store Mall of Africa

i have been to Samsung Store in Mall of Africa, what a great Service this young man by the name of Washington served me with.

I walked in with a screen crack on my Note8 device. What a great service. There is a young Technician by the name Washington. The young man is sharp and straight to the point. On my arrival at the store, there were a few customers in line waiting for their devices as he serviced them while they waited. He would politely shuffle between customers, calling all of them in a standardized queue line. On my turn, with a smile, he said Sir, this is an Impact damage. Any impact damage will void your warranty. Agreed with the young man who later said ,Sir you not going to pay the assessment fee,since we both can see it just the damaged screen, He asked me if iu would be fixing the device with him, i said Yes and he Quoted me for the screen replacement, for insurance purposes, he drafted me a Proforma Invoice in Seconds. While i was about to ask How long will my device be parked at the store with him, with a sneaky sigh, he says, Sir take a sit, just give me 45 minutes, i would be done. if you have any business errand around the Mall, you can shape it up and round back in 45 minutes. I left my trust with young man who by his stature assured me his sharp. In 30 minutes, i received a call from Washington saying Sir, your device is now ready for collection.

i cant be more proud of this kind of service and i wish for all Samsung users to visit the Samsung Mall of Africa Store for Any Cell Phone or Tablet related problems, Washington is in store waiting for you.

I am writing about Washington and the Samsung Store in Mall of Africa because all customers who were at the store were all frustrated by the poor service from other stores. One thing that caught me was that most customers who joined in the praise of Washington were coming as far as Limpopo, Free State, Hartfield in PTA and some even from Durban.

in confidence, i can say, Washington is your best Mobile Tech Samsung has ever hired.
