Samsung stole
I have had a terribly experience where I am meant to be getting R500 rewards for purchasing a Z Flip 4. I have tried contacting Samsung via email however I got a rude consultant call me and advise me that there is nothing that can be done as I benefited elsewhere so I forfeit the benefit of the R500 rewards points that was indicated on the website at the time I had done the pre-order and purchase.
I have just checked on the current S23 and the rewards points remain irrespective of whether you choose to take the double storage promotion.
Please urgently assist as it is near 6 months since I made the purchase and have basically been ****** by Samsung and been rudely spoken to by 'the highest authority at Samsung' as the consultant said.
I have even reported this when I was called for a survey and I was told someone will contact me to resolve this, but nobody ever did.

No proof has been provided on why what was indicated on the website randomly becomes null and void. Current specials still provide the rewards, exactly like how when I did my purchase, it indicated that I will get R500 rewards points. S23 says you'll get R1000, whether the double storage special is taken or not.
