Samsung - Stay Away!!!No service, No support, No Parts, No Warranty, Inferior Product, Inferior replace

After failing to attend to warranty claim on dishwasher after 1 year and giving machine back with ****roach investation, Samsung exchanged unit instead but after a month delivered inferior product without display. We were recently informed by a repair shop it's a Defy rebrand. Product so poor, it also broke after 1 year. Then refused to honor/provide warranty on this inferior exchanged unit after just over 1 year. Informed us of no part availability, but 3rd party repairer helped us by installing the same defy part! He informed that they should have assisted under warranty, given circumstances. They promised to offer another unit at reduced price, but did not even complete that process. My advice is not to buy Samsung or deal with them. After following complaints procedure, I'll be reporting them to the CGSO & NCC
