Samsung Staff traveling to Port Elizabeth

I think Samsung is a wonderful company that deliver the best service available. I have a very strange complaint today. I am booked into the City Lodge Hotel in PE, an entire group of your staff checked into the same hotel last night. 05/05/15. At 10pm 3 members of this team got back from dinner screaming outside our door for 10min. I went out to complain and in return what I got was despicable. They went inside room 266 turned the TV onto full volume and then left for the bar. They got back at 12pm intoxicated making a ruckus in the room until 1am. Then the occupant of room 266 struggled for 5min to lock his door, not understanding the concept that if you lock it from inside and open it from inside that the door will open?? All of this happened wearing the Samsung uniform. Of the entire group this 3 members should not be traveling, they are giving you a very bad name. I think they need to be educated on respecting people around them, at the end of the day the people around them is the people buying the product. I would have left the complaint, but this morning as the man from 226 left with his 2 friends to check out he felt the urge to leave a bad comment outside my door.
