Samsung springbreak promotion

After being advised to stick with Samsung on my upgrade of my cellphone account, due to the fact that every upgrade would receive a FREE weekend away at any Protea hotel in South Africa to the value of about (R4000). THIS WAS NOT THE CASE!

After completing th epaperwork in the Cellucity shop at Baywest mall in PE who were very efficient and helpful we began the process of registering for the promotion. After about an hour of trying the Cellucity staff member phoned the Samsung rep who advised us that the mobi app for registration was not working! And that I would need to upload the IMEI photo via a laptop or desktop computer. This was done confirmation was received via email with REF and now I am being told I don't qualify due to the fact that the photo was incorrect. This is shocking and I will be lodging a consumer protection act complaint against the third party company handling the promotion. I will never purchase another SAMSUNG product. A third party promotions agency that was used for this promotion has let your business down! I have the confirmation email with a reference number!!!!!! IPHONE from now on!
