Samsung spreading corona virus
Dear samsung with the ever spreading covid 19 the country as well as the world is taking precautions not to spread this virus. I recently told you that my mother was diagnosed with cancer and my sister has lupus. Bearing all this in mind you replaced me device with a used device. This was not discussed with me. I dont understand how you cannot get a simple thing right.
