Samsung Spare Parts
The decals wiped off the oven face plate with just mild soap & water after a very short time. The oven settings are completely unreadable, so using the oven is extremely difficult. Samsung do NOT have replacement decals, but require you to replace the entire face plate at a cost of R1150.00. I believe that the exact same thing will happen as soon as I replace and clean the new face plate. Come on Samsung. Your customer service is deplorable!!!!!!!
