I purchased a samsung galaxy fold 3 which a was told was on promotion with "GIFTS" to the value of 5000 plus that include the ear phones which I wanted for the device, I was given an invoice to upload and everything would be taken care of I than received a mail say I did not qualify as the purchased item was done out of the promotion, but I was told by the sales person and by a Samsung call center agent that it's still valid, this has not be the first time this has been done to be samsung has been doing this **** promotions for as long as iv been buying there devices and everything they promised it will never happen again , always having excuses to why they don't want to give you as the customer your so called "GIFT" , SAMSUNG will never just be honest and give what is said they want everything easy
