Samsung South Africa worst service ever!!
Most *********** customer service department!!!! Why tel me they are recording conversations if I need to repeat my query 100 times...every call. Why can't they refer to emails sent and same query logged numerous times. Been struggling since September 2020. Every time I need to supply same info and get same reply. Worst service ever!!!!!
