Samsung South Africa refused to honour the complimentary Buds2 Pro

Samsung had a promotion on their Z fold5 that offered complimentary Galaxy Buds2 Pro, this offer was valid from 7th September 2023 until 5th October 2023.

I have renewed my contract at Vodacom Cresta store on the 4th October 2023 and this was during the promotion period.

I have claimed my free Buds2 Pro as per the promo and i was told that do not qualify..??? They send the reference ***PAXUA

I rep**** to them and mentioned that i was in time for the promotions and they requested proof, i was told to send a copy of the advert with the promotion and a copy of my contract reflecting the date of the 4th October 2023, i have done all that, i even send the EMEI number as well.

On the 17th October i requested feedback and was told they are still reviewing my info? That was the last reply that i received from Nomthandazo.

On the 3rd November i requested feedback again and i was ignored,, i have send 2 x feedback request since then and i am still getting ignored.

I do get READ receipts on my e-mails by NO replies.

I am not sure what is happening, i was in time for their promotion and i even send them ALL the proof they wanted.
